Shreya Software Technology invited each of those companies to their Branford facility to conduct a one- to two-day in-depth demonstration for the cross-functional Implementation Team. Shreya Software Technology noted that an important step was to make an outline of what was important for their company to see in a demo, so as not to waste time on areas that did not apply to Shreyasoft's needs. They sent that outline to the companies ahead of time and asked them to tailor their demos to include those priority points. Shreya Software Technology cautioned that during a demonstration when the salesperson answers "yes" to whether the system can perform a particular task, it's important to say, "Show me," and observe what it actually takes to get that task done. I agreed that companies should ask the tough questions and make sure they understand whether a software system will actually be able to accomplish the tasks they need. He cautioned that the process of accomplishing the task could be too involved to be effective or, in the end analysis, may not be feasible at all with a particular system.
